Summer Intensive 2024
Sonia Plumb Dance Company (SPDC) is known for highlighting the unique voices of our dancers both on stage and in the studio. Our summer intensive in Montpelier, Vermont provides dance artists ages 16+ a special opportunity to interact, learn and create with our movement artists.
Spend a creative week of dance while nestled in the highly bucolic and artistic central Vermont town of Montpelier. Surrounded by clean waters, fresh air, farmers markets, artisans in paint, wood, glass-blowing, culinary and everything in between, you will be immersed in beauty. Organic food choices abound as do rivers, trails, gardens, herb, flower, vegetable and animal farms and people. Travel by train, bus or car. The week will culminate in a final showing.
